However, every product which is sold on our platform has a guarantee or warranty as provided by the manufacturer/ supplier. Additionally, with our strict supplier on-boarding process we make sure to give our customers the best buying experience.     Payment FAQs

    How do I pay for my purchase?

    You can choose to pay through any Visa or MasterCard debit/credit cards (via iPayAfrica) and net banking from all major banks. You can also pay through RTGS /Cheque/Cash-In- Bank facility of banks. Mobile money payment like AirtelMoney, Lipa na Mpesa and others is also acceptable. Cash Before Dispatch and Pay in Store are also available as an option to pay for your order.

    Are there any charges for using the online payment gateway/card on delivery or remitting cash?

    Yes, charges apply for using online payment gateway at an additional fee, depending on payment method.

    What is Cash-Before-Dispatch (CBD)?

    On choosing CBD, you can pay the bill amount through cash to our representative, before the dispatch of the materials. The representative will be collecting the money, from your place, on behalf of the supplier.

    In case, the supplier is not able to deliver the order after you make the payment, our team will process the refund to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of your bank details.

    What are the modes of refund available after cancellation/return of order?

    • Debit/Credit cards and Net Banking: The money will be refunded to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
    • Cash/Cheque in Bank: The refund would be done through a paper Cheque to the mentioned address in the refund form available.

    Under what conditions can I ask to return the products on receiving the delivery?

    Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

    • If the size or the dimensions of the ordered product is not as specified and is beyond tolerance limit (as per industry standard)
    • If wrong materials/products are delivered
    • If packed product delivered is found tampered
    • If it is found that received products or material are defective or malfunctioning
